How long does a replacement service typically take?
It typically takes 1 to 2 hours to install a new window & 2-2.5 hours to install a new windwhield, but the time can vary, depending on the car's make, model, and condition.
Is this a mobile company? Do you have a shop?
Yes. For your convenience, we will travel to wherever you are, provided that you are located within King, Thurston, Snohomish or Pierce County.. We currently do not offer any services via shop - we are mobile only.
Do I have to pay online or should I wait until time of service? Do you accept credit cards?

We recommend waiting to pay in person, as appointment times can change. You may also pay via phone if that is more convenient. And we accept most all (with the exception of checks) payment methods - whichever is most convenient for you!
Do you accept insurance?
We are, unfortunately, not working directly with any insurance companies at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
What is your cancellation policy?
As our technicians often travel long distances to assist clients, we would prefer at least a few hours' notice before your scheduled time.
Will you vacuum the car after replacing a window?
We will vacuum the particular area in which we replaced the window. But if you would like the entire car to be vacuumed, we do charge a small, additional fee for that service.
Do you repair and replace both windows and windshields?
Yes, we are happy to announce that we offer replacement and repair services for both windows and windshields.
