How long does a windshield replacement take?
It typically takes 1-1.5 hours to replace a windshield, and then you will need to wait an additional 1-3 hours until you can safely drive your vehicle away.
How long does a window replacement take?
A window replacement typically takes 45 minutes - 1 hour, and it is safe to drive away as soon as the installation is complete.
What auto glass services do you offer?
We currently provide windshield replacement, windshield or chip repair, side window replacement, back window replacement, and power window repair.
Do you offer mobile and in-shop services?
Yes, we are happy to report that we are offering services both in-shop and remotely, via free mobile service.
Should I pay before service? What payment methods do you accept?
We recommend waiting to pay in person, as appointment times can change. You may also pay via phone if that is more convenient. And we accept most all (with the exception of checks) payment methods - whichever is most convenient for you!
Do you accept insurance?
We are, unfortunately, not working directly with any insurance companies at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
What is your cancellation policy?
As our technicians often travel long distances to assist clients, we would greatly appreciate at least a few hours' notice before your scheduled time.
Will you clean the glass from my car?
We will vacuum your window or windshield, free of cost. But if you would like the entire car to be vacuumed, we do charge a small, additional fee of $10 for that service. We appreciate your understanding.
